1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern the use of the mobile game application “Sus With Us” (hereinafter referred to as “the App”). The App is provided free of charge.

2. Use of the App

The App is a party game inspired by social deduction games and is intended for private, non-commercial use only.

No user account is required to play. Players may enter names locally and start a game immediately.

The provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices.

3. Game Modes and Content

The App offers different game modes, including moderator-based modes and on-device pass-and-play modes.

All game-related data is processed locally on the user’s device.

4. External Services

The App may optionally integrate platform-specific game services (such as Apple Game Center or Google Play Games) to store player levels and display global leaderboards.

Use of these services is subject to the terms and policies of the respective providers.

5. Advertising

The App displays third-party advertisements provided by Google AdMob.

The content and frequency of advertisements are determined by the advertising provider and may vary.

6. Liability

The provider shall not be liable for damages resulting from the use of the App, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, or where liability is mandatory under applicable law.

7. Modifications

The provider reserves the right to modify or discontinue the App or these Terms of Service at any time.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
